Your Pet's Medical Records
Your pet’s health history is very important for many reasons. We evaluate previous records to establish your pet’s vaccine protocol. We also look for past illnesses, allergies and vaccine reactions. We are happy to call your previous veterinary hospital to attain records - you will be asked to provide contact information prior to scheduling. If your pet does not have a medical history because you recently rescued or adopted, you will be asked to send digital copies of the records that were provided to you by the breeder or rescue group. To save valuable time with our doctor, it is important for your pet's file to be set up with this information prior your appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How much does an examination cost?
A complete physical exam with a doctor is $98. - Do you have a puppy / kitten package?
Yes! For puppies and kittens, we offer two different packages, depending on your new pet's age. Click here for more information. - How long will I have to wait before seeing a doctor?
Usually, the wait time to see the doctor is less than 5 to 10 minutes. If there are any unforeseen circumstances that arise which may make this wait time longer, you will be notified as soon as possible. - How long will my appointment last?
Most appointments last between 45-60 minutes, depending on what we’re seeing your pet for. However, we’ll spend as much time as necessary with you and your pet in order to address every issue, answer any questions and provide the best patient care possible. - Do you have to take my pet “to the back” for vaccines?
Vaccinations and some other treatments can be done in the exam room with you present. For other treatments, it may be necessary for your pet to come into our treatment area. We will always ask you before performing any treatments in the exam room or taking your pet back to our treatment area, to first make sure that you are comfortable with the plan.
